Last refresh data in local time zone

Hi,

 

I have added Last Refresh Date like below in Power BI Dashboard. But the requirement is users want to see the Last Refresh date in there local timezone. Please help me to solve this.

try to create this measure and use.

Last Refreshed Date/Time = 
MAX('Last Refreshed Date'[Last Refreshed date])+5.5/24

I am looking for how to show above refresh data in local Asia time in power bi report. Currently its showing in london time.
