Idea for daily iron ore quality report

Olá! Gostaria de saber se alguém tem alguma ideia de como fazer um relatório diário sobre a qualidade do mineral. Aqui estão os problemas: realizamos análises no minério todos os dias, nosso KPI é %Ferro, %SiO, %Al2O e %P. precisamos ver os resultados disso diariamente. No entanto, são muitos minerais e eles sempre variam (por isso não consegui colocá-los de uma boa forma nos gráficos de linhas). O maior problema é que esse relatório tem que ser eficiente para ser visualizado apenas por e-mail (vou agendá-lo diariamente), meu supervisor não clicou no link para acessar o BI e clicou nos segmentos. Ele tem que mostrar o %Ferro, %SiO, %Al2O e %P separados por minerais e por dados, além de incluir as novas minerais que chegam. Tem como?

Creating a daily mineral quality report in Power BI and scheduling it via email:

Step 1: Build the Report in Power BI

• Use a Table or Matrix Visual to display KPIs (%Iron, %SiO, %Al2O, %P) per mineral.
• Ensure it updates dynamically to include new minerals.
• Apply conditional formatting to highlight critical values.

Step 2: Structure the Table Format

Date Mineral Name %Iron %SiO %Al2O %P

30-May-2025	Mineral A	56%	5%	3%	0.2%
30-May-2025	Mineral B	48%	7%	4%	0.3%
30-May-2025	Mineral C	52%	6%	5%	0.1%

Step 3: Email Scheduling Without Power Automate

• Use Power BI’s Email Subscription Feature:
  1. Publish the report to Power BI Service.
  2. Click "Subscribe" and add recipient emails.
  3. Set the schedule for daily delivery.
  4. Power BI will send an email with the latest report snapshot.

This ensures your supervisor sees the data without manual intervention.

Hi @Claraa Create a daily report in a tabular format listing minerals with %Iron, %SiO, %Al2O, and %P for easy viewing in an email. Use conditional formatting to highlight KPI thresholds and ensure the report dynamically updates to include new minerals. Schedule it to be exported as a single-page PDF and emailed daily.
